I can also help you dissect the root causes of your issues, especially patterns that seem to emerge in life over and over. As you gain better insights, we can work together towards creating meaningful changes in your life. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and several trauma-informed techniques, tailoring it specifically to your individual needs to help you towards a path to clarity, calm, and joy in your life.
